液壓搖臂鉆立柱夾不緊故障及排除
原因分析：彈簧3上的螺釘調(diào)的太多，使立柱抬得太多，菱形塊夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)不能是內(nèi)外立柱結(jié)合的錐面壓緊；調(diào)整螺母6調(diào)的不適當(dāng)，使杠桿13與殼體之間產(chǎn)生間隙；液壓系統(tǒng)中的壓力油太小，不能推動(dòng)油缸立的活塞，是菱形塊不能處于夾緊的位置。
排除方法：重新調(diào)整彈簧板上的螺釘，但要保證搖臂松開(kāi)時(shí)的作用力，再調(diào)整柱頂上的螺母使其夾緊力達(dá)到1568n（在搖臂末端的推力）再用螺釘鎖緊螺母；如果立柱松開(kāi)時(shí)較輕，要調(diào)整螺母6，減少杠桿與殼體間的間隙，再將其上面的螺母7中的4個(gè)螺釘緊固；調(diào)整液壓系統(tǒng)中的壓力油保證在245-291x10000pa或更換油池中的機(jī)油。
