平常的一天，遇到了稍顯尷尬卻也引起了我反思的一個(gè)熱線(xiàn) case 。其實(shí)用戶(hù)的問(wèn)題簡(jiǎn)單得不能再簡(jiǎn)單了：請(qǐng)問(wèn)一下九十年代時(shí)西門(mén)子 wincc 之前的一個(gè)監(jiān)控軟件叫什么？
在熱線(xiàn)摸爬滾打也有些年頭了，這樣的一個(gè)問(wèn)題我著實(shí)是愣了一下，秉承著一貫的信條：知之為知之，不知為不知。如實(shí)向用戶(hù)交待：抱歉我還真不清楚，我先查一下然后再給您回復(fù)吧。
放了電話(huà)思量了好一會(huì)，我們做技術(shù)的，一直在不斷的學(xué)習(xí)新的知識(shí)掌握新的軟件。原來(lái)舊的技術(shù)雖然過(guò)時(shí)了但至少也是應(yīng)該需要去了解。畢竟遇到用戶(hù)老的項(xiàng)目升級(jí)改造時(shí)不懂老的產(chǎn)品舊的技術(shù)將何以面對(duì)？再一方面，還真就沒(méi)有想過(guò)咱們的軟件是怎樣的一個(gè)發(fā)展歷程，于是乎就想還是整理一下供自己也供大家參考一下吧。
coros 西門(mén)子早期基于 dos 及 windows3.x 操作系統(tǒng)上的人機(jī)界面組態(tài)軟件。我所能找到相關(guān)的信息：

看到了這個(gè)年份回想起了當(dāng)年自己剛?cè)胱詣?dòng)化門(mén)兒時(shí)的青蔥歲月。也是在這一年我第一次接觸到了組態(tài)軟件，可我卻不是工程師。當(dāng)時(shí)單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)派我跟隨調(diào)試隊(duì)伍去幫用戶(hù)調(diào)試軋機(jī)，負(fù)責(zé)自控部分的是北京的一家集成商。到了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)我每天的工作就是站在調(diào)試工程師的身后看著他忙碌地通過(guò) wincc 設(shè)置著各種參數(shù)，輸入著代碼，直到最后看著操作人員通過(guò)他所組態(tài)的界面操作著軋機(jī)將鋼帶軋制成型，我也沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)親手操作一下軟件。當(dāng)時(shí)心里最強(qiáng)烈的一個(gè)念頭就是我什么時(shí)候也能背上筆記本電腦成為一名真正的工程師到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為用戶(hù)調(diào)試，通過(guò)自己組態(tài)的界面讓機(jī)器轉(zhuǎn)起來(lái)。
