長距離鋁電解天車滑線的開發(fā)應用

該項目針對電解車間原多功能天車滑觸線故障率高、維修難的問題研究開發(fā)了新型天車滑線,改造后技術(shù)達到先進水平,其主要技術(shù)特點和創(chuàng)新點如下:

(1)開發(fā)了以天車軌道為基準定位技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了滑觸線定位;

(2)研發(fā)了膨脹單元與廠房伸縮縫同步技術(shù),消除了廠房伸縮對天車滑線的影響;

(3)研制了一種可調(diào)式天車滑線固定支撐裝置和一種新型的電解天車滑觸線膨脹單元固定支撐裝置,解決了滑觸線安裝定位的技術(shù)難題。
