編程實例零件圖
根據(jù)圖紙要求,工件以孔和一個端面作為定位面,在端面上用螺母和墊圈壓緊。由于孔是設(shè)計和定位基準,應(yīng)將對刀點(起刀點)選在孔中心線上距離工件上表面50mm處,以便于確定刀具與工件的相對位置。
加工工藝路線如下:凸輪輪廓銑削加工(選用立銑刀t01,可以通過改變刀具半徑補償量來進行粗加工和精加工;鉆、擴、鉸孔(中心鉆t02、鉆頭t03、擴孔鉆t04、鉸刀t05)。
工件坐標原點設(shè)置于工件上表面,建立如上圖所示的工件坐標系,起刀點在工件坐標系中的坐標為(0,0,50)。通過計算可以得到各段圓弧連接點在xy平面上坐標:a(-63.8,0);b(-9.962,-63.017);c(-5.596,-63.746);d(63.999,-0.269);e(63.728,0.03);f(44.805,19.387);g(14.786,59.181);h(-55.618,25.054);i(-62.897,10.697)。
