提貨單（delivery order--d/o）
又稱小提單。
收貨人憑正本提單或副本提單隨同有效的擔保向承運人或其代理人換取的，可向港口裝卸部門提取貨物的憑證。發(fā)放小提單時應做到：（1）正本提單為合法持有人所持有(2)提單上的非清潔批注應轉(zhuǎn)上小提單。（3）當發(fā)生溢短殘情況時，收貨人有權向承運人或其代理獲得相應的簽證。（4）運費未付的，應在收貨人付清運費及有關費用后，方可放小提單。
提單（bill of lading）
提貨單簡稱。在海上貨物運輸中，承運人收到承運的貨物后，簽發(fā)給托運人的書面單證。其中正本2-3份，副本若干份。收貨人憑正本提單向貨運目的地的運輸部門提貨。
