11月18日，美國(guó)advanced ground information systems, inc.、美國(guó)agis software development llc根據(jù)《美國(guó)1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷(xiāo)售的特定位置共享系統(tǒng)、相關(guān)軟件及其組件和下游產(chǎn)品（location-sharing systems, related software, components thereof, and products containing same）侵犯了其知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。
